Weight Management

If you are obese or overweight you have an increased risk of developing various health problems. Even a modest amount of weight loss can help reduce your increased health risks.
The best chance of losing weight and keeping the weight off is to be committed to a change in lifestyle-this includes eating a healthy, low fat diet and doing some regular physical activity.

Please do contact us if you need advice and assistance to help you lose weight.

Our nurses can help to monitor your weight and go through a food diary with you. You may be eligible for referral  for 12 free sessions at a local Slimming World or Weight Watchers Club, or for an Exercise Referral form to the Beaumonts Health Club in Borehamwood.

You can also make an appointment with one of the GPs who can offer advice and consider referral to our in-house dietician.
